As many of you know, without my contacts or glasses, I am blind as a bat. This morning while I was taking my shower I decided to put Jack in the bathroom with me to keep an "eye" on him. The shower is completely clear so I thought it would be perfect. After I had the water to the perfect temperature I got in. With the steam and the blindness I saw very quickly that I had to move fast. I immediately heard the bath tub come on. The faucets are on the front of the tub and very easy to "push" on. I thought to myself, he can't hurt anything, the water will go down the drain. Well...
When I opened the shower door I realized that my bath mat and towel were missing. I made two large steps over to the vanity to grab my glasses in a very wet state. I got my glasses on and find Jack standing by the tub and tickled to death over something. While looking around the bathroom I realized the clothes that I had just taken off before my shower, John's clothes from his shower, my towel, John's towel and washcloth and the bath mat were in the tub soaking wet. I quickly turned the water off and got a dry towel. If Jack would have had more time and had been a smidge stronger our scales would have gone over as well. He was sooo happy with himself. My life has changed so much since this wild sweet baby has come into our lives. I can't resist those big blue eyes and those big white teeth smiling at me. Bless him and bless my heart.

KILLIN ME HARDLY!!!! I can picture this whole situation and it cracks me up! He's such a cutie, and that smile is just the best.
I can soooo remember those times with Bailey! That is when I started showering in the evening when Joey was home or after Bailey was in bed! LOL!!!
Ha. John Thomas use to do that same exact thing. Now that he's older, the thrill is gone of him throwing stuff in the tub. Instead, he looks for things he can fill up and carry around. Or sometimes he goes for the q-tips and gets them wet and then 'paints' on everything!
